Description
CT Technologist Travel Position
Location: Syracuse, New York
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (Sunday-Wednesday, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
Job Description
- Perform CT Technologist duties during night shifts.
- Experience with McKesson preferred.
- GE equipment experience preferred.
- Use of EPIC Electronic Health Record system.
Required Qualifications
- Current CT Technologist license/certification appropriate for New York.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year.
- Physical/Health Statement certifying fitness to work (exam within the last year).
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start.
- Required vaccinations and immunizations with documentation:
- MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted)
- Varicella (proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer)
- Influenza vaccine (current season)
- COVID-19 vaccine, booster, declination, or exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- Tuberculosis screening: 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive (per regional requirements).
- Fit Test for respiratory protection (specific to Iowa: 1860 mask only).
Compliance and Documentation Requirements
- License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start.
- Criminal background check covering federal, nationwide, and county records for the last 7 years, including SSN verification and alias checks, dated within 30 days of start.
- Employment verifications covering the last 7 years.
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
- Exclusion screenings including EPLS, OIG/GSA, and NSO reports dated within 30 days of start.
- Signed professional forms including:
- Code of Conduct
- Confidentiality of Patient & Proprietary Information and Information System Security Agreement
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
- System Access Form (to be completed and uploaded one week before start)
- Trinity Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year.
- Skills checklist within the last year.
- Resume and 2 professional references required for submission.
