CT Technologist - Connecticut (Waterbury)

Job Details

  • Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Schedule:
    • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 8:30 PM
    • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 12 PM – 8:30 PM and weekend 3 PM – 11:30 PM (every other weekend scheduled)
    • On-call assistance preferred
  • Specialty: CT Technologist
  • Location: Waterbury, Connecticut

Required Qualifications

  • Valid CT Technologist license in Connecticut
  • Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
  • BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

  • Current license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start.
  • Fit test and respirator evaluation with physician signature.
  • COVID-19 vaccine proof (including booster through September 2025), or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
  • Proof of MMR vaccination (2 doses or IgG titer).
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted).
  • Influenza vaccine proof or declination (optional).
  • 2-step PPD or IGRA TB test; if positive, chest X-ray within last year (for CT and certain states).
  • Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer.
  • Physical exam within the last year confirming fitness to work.
  • 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).
  • Completion of skills checklist provided by agency.
  • Signed professional forms including code of conduct, confidentiality agreement, conflict of interest disclosure, integrity and audit services form, and patient information security agreement.
  • Background checks including federal, nationwide, county criminal (last 7 years), SSN verification, EPLS, OIG, NSO, OFAC, and education verification.
  • CORE exam within the last year.
  • System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.

Additional Notes

  • All documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding.
  • Weekend and on-call availability is preferred.
  • This position involves direct patient care in a hospital setting.
