Location: Nampa, Idaho
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Idaho
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NRP
• AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certification

Onboarding Requirements

• Resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references
• License/certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within a year
• Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year showing fitness to work
• Fit test documentation
• Color vision documentation
• MMR proof of 2 vaccinations or positive IgG titer
• Varicella proof of 1 vaccination or positive IgG titer
• Hepatitis B vaccination series or Heplisav series, with quantitative titers; medical or religious exemption allowed after titers are drawn
• COVID-19 vaccine proof, declination, or exemption
• Influenza vaccine proof, declination, or exemption
• 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot) within 6 months of start
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
• Criminal background check and SSN verification
• Education verification
• EPLS and GSA/OIG screening
• NSO screening
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
• Code of conduct form
• I-9
• Confidentiality and information security agreement
• Conflict of interest disclosure form
• Integrity and audit services form
• Joint Commission testing
