Position Details
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: Approximately 3-4 weeks from compliance clearance
- Shift Options: 36 or 48 hours per week
- Patient Ratios: 1:3-5
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Certifications

- IV Certification required for LPNs/LVNs in Missouri
- Medication/Pharmacology competency exams and unit-specific competency exams required and must be updated annually
- Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam required for RNs in specialty areas, updated annually

- Fit mask test (N95) required and must be renewed annually
- Tdap vaccine or declination (expires every 10 years)
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray per facility policy
- Required immunizations or proof of immunity: Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella
- Drug testing within 1 year of start, must include specific panels and be current throughout assignment
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season (09/30 - 04/01)
