Job Opportunity: RN Telemetry I

Location: Newton, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• Nights: 3 shifts of 12 hours each (7:15 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays

Personal Health History & Vaccinations

• MMR: Documentation of vaccination or proof of immunity required
• Influenza vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 – April 30), no exemptions allowed
• TB test: Documentation of TB skin test or blood test within 3 months of start, updated if >6 month break
• Health statement: Physician statement within 365 days of start, updated if >6 month break
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation (if fit test required)
• Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity (strongly preferred)
• Tdap vaccine within 10 years (preferred)
• Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation (optional)
• TB symptom survey if positive PPD (optional)
