Description

Job Opportunity: RN Telemetry I (Telemetry Nurse)

Location: Salem, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work schedule: 36 hours per week, nights and every other weekend (EOW)
Unit: 24-Bed Medical Cardiology Unit (Pingree 4)
Responsibilities include:
- Reading telemetry strips
- Performing cardiac drips
- Post catheterization care including PCI, ICD, PPM, Ablation
- Managing TR Band and femoral approach care

Required Qualifications

Specialty: RN Telemetry I
Minimum 2+ years of experience with a strong cardiac background
Active Massachusetts RN License
AHA BLS Certification

Additional Information

Nurse to patient ratio:
- Days: 1:5
- Nights: 1:6
