Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager (Days)

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

• Provide professional and clinical nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• This is a home health / home care position.
• Local candidates are accepted.

Work Schedule & Requirements

• 36-40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours.
• Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving.
• Limited time off allowed during late November and late December holiday periods.
• Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Iowa.
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience.
• At least 1 prior travel contract completed (prior travel experience required).
• Must provide:

  • Work history/resume
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year
  • License verification
  • Required certifications
  • One supervisory reference
  • Proof of taxable address (e.g., driver's license, utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)

Additional Information

• Same day interviews available.
• Pay multipliers apply for overtime, holidays, call back, and on-call hours.
• Charge/precept pay available.

This position is ideal for experienced RNs with case management background who have completed at least one travel contract and are interested in home health care assignments.
