Job Opportunity: Home Health Registered Nurse

Location: Richmond, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide direct patient care to inpatients at the acute level within the patient’s home environment.
Deliver nursing care based on individualized plans of care during home visits.
Implement the nursing process through a team nursing model using leveraged technology and remote clinical care coordination.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver therapeutic interventions while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Work rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p and 11a-11p).

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Minimum 3 years of acute care experience, including ICU experience.
Acute care experience within the last year.
