Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule includes 3 shifts of 12 hours each, covering Saturday & Sunday, plus either Monday or Friday
• Locals within 60 miles may be considered at a different rate

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, including experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one prior travel assignment as a CT Technologist

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• I-9 and E-Verify attestation required upon hire
• Valid driver's license required if driving is an essential job function
• Criminal background check within 90 days of start, including multi-state searches
• Drug screen within 90 days of start (does not include marijuana)
• Annual physical exam confirming ability to perform work without accommodations and free from communicable disease
• Immunizations and health documentation required:

  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
  • Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred
  • Documentation of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccinations or positive titers
  • Hepatitis B titer, series, or signed declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season

Additional Requirements

• Two positive supervisory references supporting at least two years of experience within the last three years
• Complete 7 years of work history with no gaps, including education, employment, license, and contact information
• Skills checklist and competency exams as required prior to start and updated annually
• Completion of facility-specific orientation modules before start date
• Annual acknowledgment of safety manual and compliance with all required certifications and competencies

Notes

• This position requires working night shifts and weekend coverage.
• Prior travel experience is mandatory for this travel contract role.
• All certifications and documentation must be current and verifiable before the start date.
