Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), Monday - Friday
- Weekend rotation and holidays as needed
- Start dates available: May 4, 2026, and May 18, 2026
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years
- At least 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
Additional Requirements
- Telemetry test required before clearance to start
- Background checks and verifications per state and facility standards
- Compliance with state-mandated caregiver screening
- Completion of required health screenings and immunizations (including TB, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Flu vaccine or approved exemptions)
- Drug screening per standard clinical requirements
- Completion of facility-specific orientation and safety training
- Passing required competency exams and medication tests as applicable

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
- Candidates must be prepared for a thorough credentialing and compliance process including education verification, background checks, and immunization documentation
- Telemetry test includes passing criteria with remediation options; failure after three attempts may result in contract cancellation
