Case Manager (RN) - Travel Position

Location: Biddeford, Maine
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Provide care coordination and discharge planning.
Perform utilization review.
Support a department currently operating with reduced staffing and high productivity demands, focusing on managing length of stay efficiently.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 2 years of case management experience, including experience within the last year
Experience in care coordination
Experience in utilization review, including Utilization Review with InterQual
Experience in discharge planning

Additional Information

Position starts May 11th.
Department is understaffed, increasing the importance of effective case management.
