Outpatient Physical Therapist - Contract Position
Location: Buckeye, Arizona
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Work Schedule: Days, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (40 hours/week)
- Flexible full-time schedule possible (4x10 hour shifts)
- Patient Age Group: Adults and Adolescents
- Caseload: 25-30 cases per week
- Visits per Day: 10-15
- Dress Code: Business Casual (Khakis and polos)
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: NextGen

Required Qualifications
- Valid Rehabilitation Therapist license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist, including experience within the last year
- Experience in case management
- Experience treating post-operative back pain
- Experience treating carpal tunnel syndrome
- Experience treating disc herniation
- Experience treating plantar fasciitis
- Experience treating postural dysfunction
- Experience with rotator cuff non-surgical intervention and rotator cuff repair post-operative care
- Experience treating SI joint dysfunction
- Experience treating thoracic outlet syndrome
Additional Information
- Productivity expectations based on visits per day and caseload size
- No prior travel experience required
