Day shift, 5 days a week (5x8 hours)
Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
40 hours per week
Weekends required every other weekend

Job Description

Must have experience in Acute Care and Discharge Planning/Care Coordination
Strong preference for candidates with diverse Case Management experience including Medical-Surgical, Long Length of Stay (LLOS), and Emergency Department (ED)
Will float between like units across hospital campuses within a 2-mile radius
First-time travelers accepted
Locals not accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in Acute Care and Discharge Planning
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) certification
