CT Tech - Travel/Contract

Job Details

• Dual modality position: CT and X-ray
• Shift options (traveler’s preference):

  • 3 shifts of 12 hours (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) Friday through Sunday (36 hours) with on-call Saturday and Sunday nights
  • OR 4 shifts of 10 hours (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Friday through Monday (40 hours)
• Bonus if able to perform MRI scans

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
• ARRT certification
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Required Health and Compliance Documents

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test (PPD or Quantiferon Gold) or chest X-ray per policy within 1 year of start
• Immunization or titer proof for:

  • Measles (Rubeola)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B (titer, declination, or vaccine series)
  • Varicella (titer, vaccine, or history of chickenpox)
• 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
• Seasonal flu vaccine or documented declination
• COVID-19 vaccination card required by Oregon state; religious or medical exemptions require facility-specific exemption form
• Facility-specific compliance documents including confidentiality agreement, HIPAA access guidelines, and privacy attestation

Background and Screening Requirements

• Standard background check including:

  • 7-year county and nationwide searches
  • Social Security trace
  • Sex offender registry check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required annually and within 14 days of start
• References:

  • 2 professional references for travel, allied, or per diem acute care roles
  • 1 professional reference for per diem non-acute care roles

Additional Information

• Medication/pharmacology competency exam required as applicable
• Active Directory information completion required prior to start
• Facility requires completion of COVID-19 religious or medical exemption forms if applicable
• Locals are eligible for the same rate
