Job Opportunity: RN Case Manager

Location

Salem, Massachusetts

Employment Type

Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, Day shift (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)
No rotating shifts required
Floating required

Unit and Patient Population

Inpatient medical/surgical patients
Adult patient population
Unit patient ratio approximately 1:15
Facility bed count: 200
Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 3+ years working in one location
Minimum 2 years working as a traveler
At least 3 years of case management experience, including case management experience within the last year
Acute hospital case management experience
Utilization management experience
Discharge planning experience
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
