Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)
Location: Portland, Maine

Job Details
- Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
- Shift: Primarily 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (36 hours) or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours), with occasional weekends or call
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Contract Length: 26 weeks
- EMR System: EPIC
- Patient Population: Pediatric to geriatric patients
- Procedures: Laryngoscopy, sinus surgery, facial plastics and trauma, cochlear implants, oral surgery, complex head and neck cancer surgery, tonsillectomy, tympanoplasty
- Work Environment: Fast-paced, trauma level 1 setting
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maine
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience in ENT surgery
- Experience in plastic surgery
- Experience in pediatrics
- Experience in trauma cases
