Work Schedule

• Night shift, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Every other weekend required

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in New York
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA provider/instructor/RQI accepted)
• ARRT certification required
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system for charting

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
• Background checks including 7-year criminal history, SSN trace, national sex offender registry, education verification, and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 3 months of start and updated monthly
• Foreign education equivalency evaluation if applicable
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Fit mask test within 1 year of start, updated annually (specific mask types accepted)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start; TB questionnaire accepted in lieu of annual renewal
• Required immunizations or proof of immunity: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella (with specific titer/vaccine requirements and age exemptions)
• Drug screening within 30 days of start (includes amphetamines, cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, opiates, etc.)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or signed declination during flu season
• Snellen eye exam within 1 year of start
• COVID vaccination copy preferred but not required
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
• Primary source verification of state license within 30 days of start

• Work history verification (at least 2 past employments)
• Skills checklist required annually
• Photo for badge (passport-style with solid background)
• Facility-specific forms and attestations to be completed prior to start
• Various state-specific background and registry checks as applicable

• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius also considered
• Scrub color: any combination of navy and white

This position is ideal for CT Technologists with at least 1 year of experience, who hold the necessary New York State license and certifications, and are comfortable working night shifts in a tertiary care hospital setting.
