Case Manager

Job Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8.5 hours per day)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 40

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license active in Pennsylvania
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum 2 years of acute care Case Manager experience

Additional Requirements

Background check and drug screening
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Color vision screening
Competency exam
Core mandatory annual training
Educational and employment verification
Various health screenings and immunizations including Hepatitis B, MMR, TdaP, Varicella, TB screening, and physical exam
License verification and validation through NURSYS
Compliance with multiple regulatory and safety checks (e.g., FACIS 3M, FBI clearance, PA Child Abuse History Certification)

Opportunity
