Job Details

• Shift: Night, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Patient Ratio: 1:5-6
• Unit Type: General medical and surgical
• Float Requirements: May float within scope to surgical, telemetry, and Progress West units
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Block Scheduling: Not accommodated
• Locals Accepted: No (within 75-mile radius)
• Pending License Accepted: Yes
• Guaranteed Hours: Yes, minimum 3 shifts per 13-week contract
• Orientation: Some initial orientation occurs on weekdays due to class availability

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience, with at least some experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• On-Call: Not required
• Float Attestation: Must acknowledge willingness to float to multiple units/facilities
• Compliance Documents:

  • Latex Allergy Questionnaire
  • Confidentiality Form
  • Regulatory Compliance Education (annual quiz with minimum 80% score)
  • Hand Hygiene, Fingernail, and Dress Code Policies acknowledgment
• Photo for Badge: Recent headshot (within 6 months), white background, no obstructions
• Badge: Facility and agency badges required for all candidates
• Vehicle Registration: Not required for this facility
• Orientation Modules: Mandatory WorkRamp modules (~16 hours) for all RNs, with exceptions for returning candidates who completed modules in the current year
