Description
Cath Lab Tech - Travel/Contract
Location: Elkhart, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Shift: Day shift, 4 days a week, 10 hours per day (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Call Requirement: On call every 4th weekend and 1-2 evenings per week
- Daily Caseload: Approximately 12 cases
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Locals not accepted; candidates must live at least 50 miles away from the facility
- First-time travelers accepted

Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Indiana
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
Additional Requirements
- Employment application required prior to start
- Facility-specific documents including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement must be completed before starting
- Completion of facility onboarding modules (approx. 8-10 hours) prior to start; paid time for completion
- Clear, passport-style photo required for badge issuance
Notes
- Prior travel experience is not required
- No local candidates accepted; must reside 50+ miles away
- RCIS certification is preferred but not mandatory
This position offers a structured 4x10 day shift schedule with a consistent caseload in a Level III trauma short-term acute care setting. Candidates should be prepared for on-call responsibilities and meet all licensing, certification, and health documentation requirements prior to start.
