Overview

• Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

• Shift: Primarily nights; may also be scheduled for 15:00–03:00, 03:00–15:00, or 23:00–11:00
• Hours: 36 per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Requirements

• 7-year background check
• Wisconsin Caregiver Search Results within 90 days of start
• 2 professional references verified within 2 years of start
• For inpatient RNs in this unit type, one reference must be from the most recent acute care assignment and include performance comments
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Negative 10-panel drug screen with expanded opiates within 14 days of start
• Photo for badge
• Confidentiality statement signed prior to start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
