- 7-on/7-off rotation
- Rotating shifts: days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–9:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
Contract Length
13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacist license in Arizona
- Pharmacist (2 years of experience)
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
Role Overview
- Provides comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services
- Delivers direct patient care across neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric populations
- Supports inpatient and outpatient clinical pharmacy services
- May advance into higher pharmacist tiers based on pharmacy experience
- May provide technical and administrative supervision in clinic operations
Additional Notes
- Orientation occurs every 2 weeks
- COVID and flu exemptions may be accepted after declination form submission
- Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks before start; housing is available at additional cost
