Telemetry RN
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Saint Peters, Missouri
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 3x12s, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Must float between Progress West and St. Peters as needed
- Every other weekend required
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- Average daily census: 16
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4–6
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Telemetry experience with 2 years of experience
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Post-cardiac catheterization care experience
- Step-down unit experience
- Stroke experience
- Experience with Epic
Clinical Experience
- Step-down experience
- Stroke care experience
- Neuro/stroke experience
- Experience caring for post-cardiac cath patients
- Familiarity with post-cath care
Unit/Role Details
- Telemetry RN
- Short-term acute care setting
- Scrub color: navy
- Orientation may occur outside normal contract hours
