Neuro ICU Travel/Contract RN
Overview
- Location: Madison, Wisconsin
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 17 weeks
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:30
- Schedule includes every other weekend and some holidays
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Neurosurgery experience
Schedule Notes
- If time off is requested for a scheduled weekend, the traveler may still be scheduled for a contingent weekend
Compliance / Onboarding
- Wisconsin caregiver screening and Wisconsin BID form are required
- Background check required
- Employment application required
- References required
- Skills checklist required annually
- Drug screen required
- TB questionnaire and TB clearance required
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination required for direct patient care roles
- MMR, varicella, and other standard health documentation are required as applicable
