Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
ED - Emergency Department (3 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

Government-issued photo ID
Background check
EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
HHS/OIG screening
Competency exam
Medication/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Flu vaccination during flu season
Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start, preferred
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation or vaccination records
10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
2 professional references within 2 years of start

Housing

Housing should be available; may be easier to find for female candidates than male candidates, but not impossible

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
