• Shift: NIGHTS

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours a week and every other weekend and holiday requirement

• Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): Variable

• Call Requirements: None

• Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years Emergency Department / Critical Care - must have minimum of 1 year travel.

• Float Requirements: None

Education & Certifications Required:

• Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request):

ACLS,BLS,PALS, CPI, NISHH

• Education Modules (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request):  Education modules are required through education department

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds:  Future state 20 beds + 3 Behavioral within and locked unit and 2 Triage rooms. Under construction currently.

• Patient Ratios: 4/1 to 5/1

• Equipment:  Standard for Emergency Care

• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 to 5 years Emergency Department / Critical Care

• Preferred Skillset/Experience:

• Type of Patients on Unit:  Emergency department patients

• Personality Fit: this unit is team approach , flexibility and excellent communication and documentation skills
