Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Cardiac experience including cardiac drips, cardiothoracic surgeries, chest pain, post cath lab interventions, and cardiac-specific diagnoses
- Experience with Epic
Compliance / Onboarding Requirements
- 75-mile radius rule applies
- 7-year criminal background check covering all locations lived and worked in during the past 7 years, including all aliases
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Missouri state-specific search
- Education verification for highest level earned
- NURSYS verification
- Tech cert verification
- Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing
- Color blind testing
- Competency exam
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
- Clear passport-style photo for badge
- Influenza verification form
- E-learning completion and transcript submission
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Mask fit test within 12 months of start
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray
