Registered Nurse
Location
- Wheeling, West Virginia
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- No self-scheduling
- Block scheduling not guaranteed
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR certification before the first day
- RN license
Unit Details
- Skilled nursing / long-term care floor with a mix of long-term and skilled residents
- 30 residents per unit, 60 total for the floor
- Private rooms
- No telemetry monitors
- No oxygen therapy equipment such as CPAP, BiPAP, or high flow
- N95 required for COVID precautions
Clinical Responsibilities
- Manage IVs, PICC lines, mediports, and central lines
- Administer IV antibiotics, blood, and IV fluids
Team and Support
- Physicians available 24/7 by phone
- On-site pharmacist
- On-site support from PT, OT, ST, social services, case managers, business office, dieticians, medical records, and pharmacist
Orientation
- 2 shifts of orientation
Floating
- Float as needed before core staff
Dress Code
- Navy blue scrubs

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.
