- Medical-surgical/telemetry float pool
- Local candidates are allowed at the same rate
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Float experience within the last year
- 1 year of float experience
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or Military or American Safety & Health Institute
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or Military or American Safety & Health Institute
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
- 2 professional references
- Application/resume required
- Skills checklist required
- Must complete required competency testing within 1 year of start date
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify
- Background check
- TB screening documentation
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- Drug screen within the last 12 months
- Immunization or immunity documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and COVID-19
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Annual updates required for some compliance documents and certifications
