Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Tulsa, Oklahoma
- Night shift: 5x8 hours, 19:00–17:30
- 13-week contract
- Level 2 Trauma Hospital
- Unit accepts first-time travelers
- Locals not accepted; local radius is 75 miles
Role Details
- CT position covering OP CT patient load and, when needed, IP procedures and IP volumes
- Skill and knowledge in CT exams for IP/OP/ED locations
- OP CT department completes over 1000 exams per month, averaging 40 exams per weekday
Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist with 1 year of experience
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
- ARRT R
- ARRT CT
- Drivers License/State ID
- Education Verification
- 7 Year Background Check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Fingerprinting
- Photo for badge
- Signed fingerprint consent form
- Physical Exam within 12 months of start
- Fit Test within 1 year of start
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start
- TB Questionnaire within 90 days of start for positive TB results
- Rubeola (Measles) immunity or vaccination documentation
- Mumps immunity or vaccination documentation
- Rubella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity, series, or declination
- Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen within 90 days of start
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
