Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- 1 year of PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Inpatient only
- Flu vaccination or Mercy-approved exemption required for travelers from November 1-April 1; declinations are not accepted

Assignment Details
- 13 weeks
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48, must be indicated on submission form
- Weekend hours as required by facility
- No call
- Float on a rotational basis to critical care cluster or med/surg
- 26 beds
- Patient ratio: 3:1 or 4:1

- Floor: Cardiac Surg Intermediate 4D
- Cardiac/Thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, alcohol withdraw, resp distress, insulin drips
Equipment / Systems
- Philips monitors, chest tubes, art lines, wound vacs, pacer boxes, pacing wires, drains, EKOS, Nicom, BIPAP, Airvo
- EPIC
Additional Notes
- Black scrubs
- Anything but black scrubs or Mercy-logo attire is unacceptable
- Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.
