Description

PT Outpatient

Overview

  • Travel/Contract assignment in Ganado, Arizona
  • 13-week contract
  • Day shift: 4x10 hours, 8:00–18:00
  • Backfill opening

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
  • Physical Therapist with 2 years of experience
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

  • None stated

Additional Notes

  • Housing application is required prior to start
  • Facility-specific onboarding documents are required prior to start
  • Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination is required
  • COVID seasonal vaccine or religious/medical exemption is required
  • Hepatitis B documentation is required
  • Varicella documentation is required
  • Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, and Rubella documentation is required
  • Background check, EPLS/GSA/SAM, and HHS/OIG screening are required
  • Fingerprinting is required for some roles, depending on unit and patient population
  • Annual TB questionnaire is required
  • Drug testing is also completed during orientation

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
