Peds/Neonatal Critical Care Transport RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Seattle, Washington.
- 3x12 nights, 19:00–07:00.
- Every other weekend required.
- No call required.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
- Start date: ASAP.
Role details
- Peds/Neonatal Critical Care Transport RN supporting ground transportation needs in the Seattle area.
- Works with the transportation team of RT and the advanced practice provider to transport infants and pediatric patients from surrounding hospitals, ERs, and L&D/NICU to a higher level of care.
- May float to cover as bedside nurse in NICU, PICU, or Peds units.
Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Pediatrics experience within the last year
- 1 year of pediatrics experience
- Experience in ground transportation
- Transport experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
Preferred qualifications
- Charge nurse experience.
