Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Belleville, Illinois
• Night shift: 18:45–07:15
• Start date is 3–4 weeks due to compliance tier
• 1:5–6 patient ratio
• First-timers accepted
• Every other weekend required
• 36 hours per week for 3x12s; 48 hours per week for 4x12s
• Contract length: 16 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Experience working with STEMI patients
• Experience working with NSTEMI patients
• Experience working with Post Cardiac Cath patients
• Ability to assist with bedside procedures
• IV insertion skills
• Experience with thoracentesis
• Experience with cardiac or critical care drips
• Experience with congestive heart failure (CHF) care
• Experience with pre and post cardiac catheterization care
• Cardiology experience
• Must be willing to float within scope to 2 South, MS Tele, 3 South, and 1C
• Must be willing to float to Shiloh Memorial Hospital and other units within Memorial Hospital
