Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Sunday from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM on a 7/70 schedule
• Operate computed tomography (CT) and related equipment under radiologist direction
• Perform CT studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols
• Utilize appropriate radiation protection measures during all procedures
• Review images and archive with associated patient data
• Interact with imaging personnel, nursing staff, medical staff, patients, and visitors
• Minimum one year full-time equivalent clinical experience in Diagnostic Radiology required
• Previous CT experience preferred
• ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current Wisconsin state license as a Radiographer required
• Advanced certification in CT required within 18 months of hire/transfer
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or approved equivalent required within three months of hire
• Post high school completion of ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program required
• 1-2 years of college/university coursework or undergraduate degree in healthcare field preferred
