Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Night shift position requiring both CT and X-ray skills
• Must have 3 years of experience in acute care setting
• Work independently at night without other support staff
• Average of 45 scans per day
• Float between X-ray and CT scan based on departmental needs
• Required to perform IV skills and power injection procedures
• Handle various patient types including inpatient and emergency department cases
• CT procedures include strokes, traumas, abdominal scans, CTA, angiography, contrast and non-contrast studies
• X-ray procedures include fluoroscopy, OR support, and imaging of all body parts
• Must have experience with GE or Toshiba CT equipment and Fuji or Canon X-ray systems
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, and Wisconsin license
• Experience with EPIC charting system required
• 4 days of orientation provided
• Scrub requirements: any color except camo, denim, or hoodies

Facility:

This is a 123-bed healthcare facility that serves as a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center. The imaging department features 2 CT rooms, 1 X-ray room, and 2 portable machines. The facility utilizes advanced imaging technology including GE and Toshiba CT scanners, Fuji portable and Canon X-ray equipment, and operates with EPIC electronic health records and McKesson PACS systems. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and provides comprehensive emergency and inpatient services.
