Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2700
$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
RN - L&D
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment
• Every third weekend and holiday rotation required
• May be requested to float to medical-surgical department when Birth Center is not busy
• May float to other facility locations (Wausau, Merrill, Stanley, or Medford)
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Wisconsin RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of OB with labor and delivery experience required
• EPIC charting experience highly preferred
• Must be labor and delivery competent
• Scrubs provided
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius from facility
• Work in 3 LDRP rooms, 2 post-partum rooms, and 1 triage room
• Average monthly delivery rate is 21 deliveries per month
• Eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times

This healthcare facility provides comprehensive obstetric and labor and delivery services with modern LDRP rooms and dedicated post-partum care areas. The facility maintains high standards for maternal and newborn care, operating as part of a larger healthcare network with multiple locations throughout the region. The Birth Center focuses on providing personalized care with variable census levels and maintains flexibility in staffing to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
