Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• 8-10 hour flexible day shifts
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13 week contract assignment
• Possibility of 1-2 weekends during 13 week contract with no holiday requirements
• Must be willing to float to other hospitals in the north region
• Can be low censused and put on call with 2 hour call back minimum
• Must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility
• Caseload of 8-10 patients in ortho outpatient unit and acute inpatient settings
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license
• Epic charting experience preferred
• General PT/Ortho skills required
• Business casual attire required
• Must be able to manage independently and complete tasks timely
• Bachelor's degree required
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy
