Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Volume of approximately 10-12 exams in an 8-hour shift
• Must be competent in all routine CT procedures including chest, abdomen/pelvis, PE, brain and head
• Work independently as well as with ancillary support and another CT technologist
• Perform portable exams in the ED and other inpatient units
• Required certifications: BLS, IEMA, ARRT (CT) certification
• Must be a graduate of an accredited CT program
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Work with GE CT Revolution, GE CT HD750, GE CT Light Speed, and GE PACS equipment
• 24-40 hour orientation on the unit
• No weekend rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Holiday expectations vary
• Time off approval through Lead CT Technologist and Manager
• Professional scrubs required (department color is Caribbean Blue)
• Free parking provided
• Must sign in/out of agency binder in nursing office for each shift
• No floating to other units
• 24/7 RT and hospitalist support available
• Will accept travelers with 1 year experience and first-time travelers upon review

This is a 333-bed healthcare facility that serves as a Level 1 Trauma Center with Level III NICU capabilities. The facility holds Magnet Designation and operates as a Primary Stroke Center. The organization maintains multiple ACR accreditations including Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine, demonstrating their commitment to high-quality imaging services and patient care standards.
