Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Perform routine CT procedures including chest, abdomen/pelvis, PE, brain and head scans
• Handle approximately 10-12 exams per 8-hour shift
• Work independently and collaborate with ancillary support and other CT Technologists
• Perform portable exams in the ED and other inpatient units
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
• Serve inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients
• Required certifications: BLS, IEMA, ARRT (CT) certification
• Must be graduate of an accredited CT program
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Work with GE CT equipment including Revolution, HD750, and Light Speed models
• Use GE PACS system
• No floating between units required
• 24-40 hour orientation on the unit required
• No weekend rotation or on-call requirements
• Holiday expectations vary
• Professional scrubs required (department color is Caribbean Blue)
• Must sign in/out of agency binder in nursing office for each shift
• Free parking provided
• Will accept travelers with 1 year experience and first-time travelers upon review

This 333-bed healthcare facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center with Magnet Designation, featuring a Level III NICU and Primary Stroke Center designation. The facility maintains multiple accreditations including ACR accreditation for ultrasound, CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine services. The facility provides 24/7 support with respiratory therapy and hospitalist coverage, ensuring comprehensive patient care across all departments.
