Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3000
$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
PT - Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Work 8-10 hour flexible day shifts
• 40 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• May be placed on low census call with 2-hour minimum call back pay
• See 8-10 patients per day in orthopedic outpatient setting
• Pediatric and workers' compensation experience is a plus
• Business casual attire required
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license
• NPI number required (must begin application process if not current)
• Epic charting experience preferred
• New graduates welcome with general PT/orthopedic skills
• Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in timely manner
• Must reside within 50 miles of facility
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• During flu season, unvaccinated staff must wear masks at all times
