Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Technologist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (10-hour night shifts)
• Department operates 5 CT scanners/rooms (2 rooms by ER and 3 on the clinic side)
• Perform all range of CT scans for patients from infants through adults, including traumas and strokes
• Average 90-100 scans/studies per day across acute and ambulatory settings
• Float coverage may include acute care, urgent care, ER, and rare outpatient settings
• May be the only technologist in the department depending on shift
• Schedule rotations may include 12-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, 7 on/7 off, or weekend-only schedules
• Weekend and holiday requirements depending on shift and rotation
• No on-call or standby requirement
• Must start IVs - IV experience strongly preferred
• EMR system: Cerner; PACS: Siemens/SECTRA
• Department equipment: Siemens and Toshiba 300+ slice scanners
• Radiologist coverage: in-house 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Nighthawk remote coverage from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No assigned scrub color; scrubs are not provided
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• Experience in a Level 2 or higher trauma center required
• Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS (AHA); ARRT (CT) preferred
• No self-scheduling or block scheduling
• All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility

Facility:

This acute care facility is a Level 2 trauma center offering a comprehensive range of imaging services across both emergency and ambulatory settings. The CT department operates five scanners utilizing advanced Siemens and Toshiba 300+ slice technology, supported by Cerner EMR and Siemens/SECTRA PACS systems. The department provides around-the-clock radiological coverage and serves a diverse patient population ranging from infants to adults across multiple care settings.
