Opportunity:

RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

• Work four 9-hour day shifts per week with one day off weekly (either 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
• May need to stay late to finish cases or recover patients as needed
• Possible call: 1-2 weekends during the entire contract
• Weekend call on rotation (8 to 9-week rotation) for those comfortable with conscious sedation and advanced cases
• Holiday call on rotation
• Call response time of 45 to 60 minutes required
• No floating requirements
• Work in a 10-suite department with 8 outpatient and 2 inpatient procedure/OR rooms
• Average of 30 cases per day including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, dilations, and food impactions
• Pre-op and recovery experience required at minimum; conscious sedation and advanced GI case experience strongly preferred
• Outpatient care setting
• Charting system: Cerner
• Facility supplies scrubs
• Wisconsin or compact state RN license required
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services to the surrounding community. The endoscopy department features 10 procedure and operating rooms, supporting a high volume of advanced gastrointestinal cases daily. The facility is a Level 2 trauma center committed to delivering quality patient care across multiple specialties and care settings.
