Minimum Experience Requirements

ICU experience

Preferred:

CCRN, IABP, Impella, and CRRT experience

Required Skills

Titration of Vesicant Meds
Familiarity with Pressors
Sedation and Paralytics
Experience with Vents and Trachs
Telemetry interpretation
Understanding of Hemodynamics, PA Catheter set up and interpretation
Transvenous pacing and Cardioversion

Preferred Skills

IABP, Impella, CRRT skills

Charting System

Charting:
Cerner

Include any required check-off, class, or training if listed

Procedures: Cardioversion, Central line insertion, EGD, Bronchoscopy, Chest Tube insertions, Pericardiocentesis, Thoracentesis

Unit Culture / Strengths

RNs only, skilled in various advanced procedures

Dress Code

Scrubs:
All Navy or Navy and White

No pullovers or hoodies, no green scrubs unless uniform is soiled

Include logo restrictions if listed

Additional Policies

Adhere to specified uniform colors
Attach unit specific policies and guidelines
