Description

MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT TO CLIENT:
- PA or Compact License required
- ALL LOA must be upfront
- 1-2 Evaluations
- DIRECT CLIENT!

Facility Details:
- COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
- they do accept COVID exemptions. They have their own forms.
- POH is strongly recommended. Closest hotel is 20 miles away.
- Background: All three PA background checks must be clear prior to start.
- Results w/in 5 years are accepted
- Pennsylvania Fingerprint Based FBI Background Check
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
- PATCH
- NO REQUESTS FOR BLOCK SCHED

Unit Details:
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required
- 2 years recent PCU & M/S experience required
- Ratios: Stroke/ Trauma group 1:4 - 6 patients at most on PCU - 7 patients at most on MedSurg
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Scheduling: no block schedule available
- Every other weekend and holiday required
- EMR: Meditech
