Job Summary:
The position is for a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) located in Newton, Massachusetts. Job Details:

• Location: Newton, Massachusetts
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Certified Home Care experience, 1 year of Case Management experience, and the ability to travel to cases as assigned.

• Additional Information: All applicants must have at least 1 year of Certified Home Care experience and 1 year of Case Management experience. The start date is contingent upon credentialing clearance; if not cleared by the posted start date, a rescheduled start date will be necessary.
