Description
Job Description
As a labor and delivery mother/baby couplet care nurse (RN LDRP), you will care for women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth. This includes coaching women throughout the birthing process, monitoring the mother's and baby's vitals, administering medication and managing potential complications that may arise. You may also be called upon to assist in caesarian sections and help with bathing and breastfeeding coaching. You will provide education and guidance to new mothers regarding recovery and caring for their infants
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
- Active RN license
