Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Farmington, Connecticut. The role involves circulating in complex neuro, spine, and orthopedic surgeries, with strong preference for scrub experience, especially in neuro, spine, vascular, and orthopedics, including familiarity with DiVinci robotic cases. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The schedule involves variable hours based on operational needs.

Job Details

• Location: Farmington, Connecticut
• Qualifications: Candidates must have 4-5 years of OR RN or combined OR experience. Circulating experience is required; scrub experience is highly preferred. Comfort with complex neuro, spine, orthopedics, vascular surgeries, and DiVinci robotic cases is desired. Vaccinations: Covid.
• Schedule: Variable hours based on need 7:00 AM, 9:30 AM, or 1:00 PM shifts, with on-call responsibilities. Shift hours total 10 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: OR RN experience with ability to scrub neuro, spine, vascular, and orthopedic cases.
• Float: No, float rotation is not required.
• Additional Information: No Block Scheduling. On-call duty at least one weekend per month. Time off requests should be minimized and approved prior to confirmation. Mandatory overtime may be required as part of the rotation pool. Client may reassign personnel within 30 miles of the original facility to different departments or units within their clinical competence.
