Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) is needed at a healthcare facility located in Athens, Tennessee. The position involves providing care across various departments, including OB/GYN, Med Surg, postpartum, and pediatrics. Candidates must bring their license on the first day and have recent experience in these areas. The shift is scheduled for nights, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Athens, Tennessee
• Shift: Nights (12 hours)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Certification and licensure required to work as an RN in Tennessee; at least 2 years of experience in Med Surg, postpartum, and pediatrics; certifications including ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and HWC; recent experience in the specified clinical areas; IV placement, NG tube placement, and fundal checks skills required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Med Surg, postpartum, pediatrics.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: All clinical staff in Tennessee must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to start date. Candidate must have all required certifications prior to start.
• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
