This telemetry nursing position involves providing specialized patient care on a 34-bed unit with a focus on medical, surgical, and surgical oncology patients, including young adult through geriatric populations. The role requires the ability to monitor cardiac telemetry 24 hours daily and collaborate effectively within a team. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day.
Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry (TELE)
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active license, no minimum experience required, located in Texas or eligible to practice in Texas, and able to start on 06/15/2026
- Preferred Qualifications: Chemotherapy Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, Med/Surg experience
- Additional Information: The unit provides modified total patient care to general medical, surgical, and surgical oncology patients, utilizing age-appropriate considerations. The unit operates 24 hours daily with staffing including charge nurses and staff nurses, emphasizing a team-oriented and outgoing personality fit.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
